ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVALOrders ship Monday to Friday from our warehouse. Orders placed before midnight will dispatch on the next day when payment is received via bank transfer or Coinbase. Please allow an extra day for funds to settle via bank transfer. This excludes public holidays.Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.The Estimated Delivery Date depends on these factors:

  3. Delivery times are approximate, but you will be notified of extensive delays.
Item out of stockYou should not be able to place an order for anything that is out of stock. However, if items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you to remedy the issue or replace the flavour with something similar that you’ve ordered.Returns & Refund– To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unopened and in its original condition.Faulty items– We do not offer refunds on change of mind/faulty product claims. (Buy at your own responsibility).Shipment – If the tracking number shows the parcel has been delivered, then it means it’s delivered – please double-check before you contact us.Payment – Please read– Please don’t forget to include your order number and name in the description section of your transaction – please do not put anything else to avoid any confusion.

Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or other technology.You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with KickBackCloud. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider.
